William's passion to driving to perfection reaches a major mile stone in 2017, when his wholly-owned Hong Kong race team, WIN Motorsport is officially launched.

On June 6th, 2017, the official launch ceremony of WIN Motorsport was held at Four Season Hotel, Hong Kong. It received enormous support from the Hong Kong Racing and Sports industry, and the success of the official launch ceremony drew massive media coverage that hasn't been seen in the Hong Kong Racing circle in recent years.

On May 6th & 7th, William led WIN Motorsport and his fellow teammates to participate at the 1st Leg of Asian Le Mans Sprint Cup 2017, whereas the team captured its first and second win, as well as the pole position, in the first race of the team history.

In August 2017, after a strong Top-10 finish at Road to Le Mans against top international competition, WIN Motorsports won its first Asian Le Mans Sprint Cup Championship at Sepang, Malaysia. Lok becomes the first Chinese ever to win an overall Championship in Regional Le Mans Sprint Cup.

Ms. Christine Kuo, one of the most recognisable and beloved artiste in Hong Kong, is the Team Ambassador. A Taiwan-born Canadian actress based in Hong Kong, she was the winner of the Miss Chinese Toronto Pageant 2008 and Miss Chinese International Pageant 2009. As being a mixed of Japanese, Korean, Dutch, and Taiwanese aborigine parentage, her love and passion towards motorsport has already drawn enormous attention from both the business and entertainment world that has never been seen in Hong Kong.
